I understand that by creating an account and/or purchasing a product, service, and/or opting into a free resource from Terry Sobon that my email address is not sold or given to any 3rd party except as required by law.

I understand that I may receive emails from Terry Sobon but I can unsubscribe at any time. If I unsubscribe, I will not receive program or course information.

By joining a membership with recurring payments to Terry Sobon, I am agreeing to fulfill my payments at the rate I joined for and if I joined with a minimum commitment, I agree to fulfill my agreement. Once my agreement is fulfilled, I may cancel at any time by emailing terry (at) terrysobon (dot) com.

By creating an account and purchasing a digital product or membership from Terry Sobon, I agree that because it is a digital product, there are no refunds issued unless otherwise stated. I also agree that if product(s), services or membership is on a payment plan, I will fulfill my payment obligation.

I understand that if I'm purchasing a 1:1 coaching, mentoring program or services with Terry Sobon, I'm purchasing a set amount of time or agreed upon services and refunds will not be issued for services rendered or for future services unless otherwise specified, and I agree to fulfill my payment obligation.
